Save the Date! Palliative Care Community Forum at Blacktown

Event postponed – Now planned for 17th October

Western Sydney LHD are holding a Palliative Care Community Forum at the Blacktown Workers Club on the 23rd May 2018.

This year’s theme includes discussions around end of life planning and advance care plans. Speakers are being finalised so stay tuned for more details!

What: Palliative Care Community Forum

When: Wednesday 23 May 2018, 6pm for 6.30pm start

Where: Blacktown Workers Club

Cost: Free event – all welcome

This event builds on the success of their first Community Forum, held in Rooty Hill in 2017.

National Palliative Care Week runs from 20-26th May 2018.
