Community Conversations

Community Conversations is an education session for members of the community who have a passion for supporting people at end of life. Topics covered include; navigating end of life matters, dying as being a normal part of life and advance care planning.
The program aims to increase the awareness of community supports and services available to people in relation to ageing, loss, dying and grief. We want to support the community to increase its confidence in starting conversations around end of life, and supporting those in their end of life experience. In this way, we will also be able to increase awareness of the need to develop appropriate social services and networks.
We are seeking expressions of interest if you would like to host one in your place of work or community, online or face-to-face.
