Community Conversations
Join a Community Conversation about What Matters Most to you?
Community Conversations is an education session for members of the community, who are interested in learning more about community supports and services available to people in relation to ageing, loss, dying and grief.
In these informal sessions, we provide information and resources to help people think about and then share what’s important to them. We will answer any questions you have about death, dying and grief in a safe and friendly space.
We want to support the community to increase its confidence in starting conversations around end-of-life, and supporting those in their end-of-life experience.
Topics covered include; navigating end-of-life matters, dying as being a normal part of life and advance care planning.
We are seeking expressions of interest if you would like to host one in your place of work or community, online or face-to-face.
To find out more, contact Anthony Bui, Community Engagement & Programs Coordinator at anthony@palliativecarensw.org.au or 02 8076 5605
