14th Annual Paediatric Palliative Care Symposium and Workshop Westmead

Designed for medical, nursing and allied health professionals, the symposium and workshop is an annual event and provides a forum to hear about best-practice and latest trends in paediatric palliative care.

Guest speaker

This year the guest speaker is Prof. Stephen Liben MD who will address the topic of teaching and learning in a more mindful medical practice.

Dr Stephen Liben is the Director of Programs in Paediatric Palliative Care at The Montreal Children’s Hospital of the McGill University Health Centre, and Professor of Paediatrics, Faculty of Medicine of McGill University in Montreal Canada.

He is also a member of the McGill Centre for Whole Person Care.
