What you’ll be doing
To provide specialist palliative care support to patients, their families and health professionals.

About You
You hold current Nursing registration with AHPRA and bring at least three years of full‑time equivalent post‑graduate clinical experience.

You demonstrate strong knowledge and advanced skills in specialist palliative care, including last‑days‑of‑life care, pain management, symptom management in life‑limiting illness, and advance care planning.

You bring well‑developed expertise in palliative care clinical assessment, care planning and the delivery of evidence‑based clinical management for patients with complex needs.

You have proven capability in providing professional education in palliative care nursing, contributing to the development of colleagues and the broader clinical team.

You demonstrate a high level of communication skills, ensuring clarity, compassion and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families and multidisciplinary team members.

You work confidently and autonomously while actively contributing to a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of coordinated, patient‑centred palliative care services.
