They have developed an education program to increase knowledge and understanding of palliative and end of life care.
The program helps you understand what good palliative care involves and how you can deliver it.
You’ll learn to recognise when someone is dying and feel confident to have conversations with those in your care and their families about end-of-life.
A Palliative Approach to Care is available to anyone working in an aged or community care role within the Central Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network, free of charge.
