The Australian Government has announced ongoing funding for End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC)
This funding will enable the project to continue to provide a wealth of resources, including the Linkages Program, to support staff who work in residential aged care, home care, and primary care, with skills and information to help older Australians receive high-quality palliative care.
The ELDAC project is administered by a consortium of three universities and four peak bodies – Palliative Care Australia, Aged and Community Care Providers Association, Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association and Catholic Health Australia.
