If you work with children and young people with life-limiting illnesses or disabilities and wish to hear from those with lived experience and professionals in the field, this webinar is for you.
The conversation will be about what happens ‘beyond the walls’ of the hospital and how health professionals can prepare and support families for the challenges they may face.
Young people, parents, and community service providers will be there to talk about the critical care needs that lie beyond the hospital walls.
Speakers:
- Kelly Oldham – Nurse Practitioner, Hummingbird House at Home Lead, Brisbane
- Tim Rogers – National Advocacy and Collaborations Manager, Redkite
Joined by two lived experience speakers Mikaela Norris and Noelyne Davis, who have first-hand experience across the paediatric and adult health and disability sectors.
