Clever Care NOW (CCN) has been caring for the community since 1959. And while the services offered have evolved to cater for its changing needs, the high level of care and respect has remained the same.
Based in Caringbah, the mobile service offers a wide range of care options in the comfort of your home.
Their team of qualified and dedicated nurses are available seven days a week, 365 days a year and multiple times a day or week if needed.
They accept self-referrals as well as liaising with your doctor, health care professionals, carers and family.
Their services have been particularly helpful during the COVID-19 lockdown, especially in situations where family members have been unable to care for their loved ones.
A spokesman for CCN said the services on offer enable you to live “your best life” at home with support and care.
“We are professional and respectful and maintain an ethical and responsible standard of care,” the spokesman said. “We provide care to clients with a government-funded Home Care Package or a Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) as well as private clients, veterans and those with a disability.” Services provided include: wound care; medication; injections; eye drops; pharmacy collection; catheter and continence care; palliative care and support; colostomy care; personal care; wellness checks including blood pressure and blood sugar; geriatric assessment (PAS/RUDAS); physiotherapy; and chronic disease management. There is also pre and post-operative care; day trips; client assisted transport; health checks; flu vaccinations and clinical nurse consultants.
