Community Conversations welcomes you to explore ways to ensure you are living well until the very end, all within a supportive environment. Acquire valuable knowledge and resources on palliative care and end-of-life issues to assist yourself and others during life’s transitions. Join us as we delve into these important topics – completely free of charge!

Community Conversations is a free, 1.5-hour education session that brings together palliative care experts and local community members to have open, thoughtful discussions around advance care planning, aging, dying, and grief.
You’ll gain the knowledge and tools in a safe environment to make informed decisions and access the care you need to:

  • Navigate end-of-life matters
  • Understand what palliative care is and how to access
  • Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
  • Learn how to start your advance care plan

Whether you’re caring for aging parents or a loved one with a life-limiting illness, or simply want to be better prepared, a Community Conversation offers invaluable guidance. You’ll walk away with a free resource kit and the confidence to navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Don’t miss this opportunity to get the answers you need and take control of your future!

Want to host a free, in-person session? We’re looking for folks across NSW who’d be willing to host a face-to-face session at their workplace or in their community. Palliative Care NSW will travel to you, secure a venue and provide catering. Or, you can join one of the upcoming sessions listed below.
