17th October 2018, Blacktown.
After a successful event in 2017 the Mount Druitt Hospital Supportive & Palliative Care team are holding another community forum to raise awareness about end of life care and their services.
This year the event is being held in October to coincide with World Hospice and Palliative Care Day 2018.
