National Framework for Advance Care Planning May 2021

The Framework builds on the National Framework for Advance Care Directives released in 2011 and
reflects the many changes that have taken place in our landscape over the past 10 years. It has been
developed through extensive consultation with the Australian, state and territory health departments,
health practitioners, universities, peak bodies and community organisations as well as public submissions.
