The position will work under the Specialist Palliative Care Service to support the development of existing and new strategic change management projects and activities; to improve access to and the delivery of end of life and palliative care to patients, families and/or carers in SLHD. The position will work closely on the planning and establishment of these projects, in line with the Sydney Local Health District and Specialist Palliative Care Strategic Plans, NSW Health and other guiding agencies.

Ideal Candidate
- All candidates must have full working rights within Australia
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in psychology or an allied health profession or a qualification deemed equivalent by the employer and current registration to practice and/or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association.
- Demonstrated advanced relevant clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of allied health services in a wide range of clinical areas, including end of life and palliative care.
