Join a Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership with Healthy North Coast Primary Health Network, and Northern NSW Local Health District.
Community Conversations includes palliative care experts who will provide information and resources to help you consider what’s important to live a full and comfortable life, right to the very end. These sessions are a safe and friendly space to have the conversation, learn from others, and ask questions with members of your local palliative care team about the decisions that matter most to you.
You’ll gain the knowledge and tools in a safe environment to make informed decisions and access the care you need to:
- Navigate end-of-life matters
- Understand the truths about palliative care
- Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
- Learn the crucial steps for creating an Advance Care Plan

Who: Everyone is welcome. Anyone who wants to be empowered on their healthcare journey who is currently caring for someone with a life-limiting illness, old age or who may be looking for answers and support. All attendees will receive a fantastic resource kit to take home.
