Event: Education event for social workers in late July
Who: PEPA
PEPA – the Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach – is looking for a carer, family member or consumer who has experience of palliative care in NSW to talk to social workers during an education event.
PEPA asks you to deliver a talk or presentation to the social workers. They would like the consumer to speak about their view and perspective of palliative care.
Your total time commitment would be around 45 minutes. The event will take place on one of the Fridays in the last two July weeks in Sydney.
Travel costs will be covered subject to discussion.
If you are interested in giving the talk and would like to find out more, please contact Benjamin Steele from PEPA on (02) 9749 0390 or benjamin.taylor@svha.org.au.
