Western Sydney community forum to discuss supportive and palliative care 17th October

17th October 2018, Blacktown.

After a successful event in 2017 the Mount Druitt Hospital Supportive & Palliative Care team are holding another community forum to raise awareness about end of life care and their services.

This year the event is being held in October to coincide with World Hospice and Palliative Care Day 2018.

Organisers say that the forum will cover a range of topics, and is open to any member of the public with an interest in supportive, palliative and end of life care. Bring your questions!

Date: Wednesday 17th October 2018

Time: Registration from 6pm, forum starts at 6.30pm
