ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager End of Life and Palliative care will manage the development, implementation, monitoring, support, and evaluation of clinical programs that improve the level and quality of end of life, palliative and complex care at NSW Ambulance The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative project and models of care across NSW Ambulance.

Please note: This is a temporary twelve (12) month position with possible extension.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
- Ability to identify evidence practice gaps in service delivery and devise innovative, evidence informed strategies to address these.
- Demonstrated interest in palliative and end of life care and management of multiple and concurrent projects
- Proven ability to prioritise, manage expectations, proactively make recommendations, and manage risk.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and managing and leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of health programs.
- Analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis.
- Demonstrated understanding of change management principles and an ability to support and guide internal and external stakeholders in the implementation and achievement of Program Quality Improvement Initiatives.
