Researchers from the Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University are looking
for health care staff, managers and policy makers working within cancer services or palliative
care services in Australia to participate in research for enhancing quality of end-of-life care for
culturally and linguistically diverse patients.

They are conducting a 60-90 minute focus group study and are interested in hearing from a range of healthcare staff about the experiences of providing end-of-life care to people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background who experience cancer; and the factors that impact delivery of quality of end-of-life care to them.

• Palliative care consultant/registrars and oncologists  
• Palliative care nurses/nurse unit managers  
• Clinical nurse consultants  
• Care coordinators  
• Interpreters  
• Chaplains  
• Bereavement staff  
• Wellness staff (Diversional therapist/wellness staff)  
• Allied health staff (dietitian, speech pathologist, social workers etc.)  
• Relevant health service managers
