Where you’ll be working
The position provides palliative care support to patients in their homes living in the Brookvale geographical area.
What you’ll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1 in the area of palliative care within Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service (NSHNS), providing and promoting evidence based nursing practice, relating to palliative care in home settings. Providing leadership and facilitating the ongoing development of nursing and allied health clinicians.
